Ensuring that your actions are purposeful and aligned with your organization’s priorities is balanced with a need to maintain employee focus, motivation and commitment.
Leading Through Turbulent Times is a 2-hour interactive virtual workshop, focused on helping leaders manage through challenging times using the Insights® tool. This workshop builds on the Introduction to Insights® workshop, ensuring participants utilize Insights® as more than just words on a page, and instead practice using the tool as a shared language for navigating more effectively through this period of transition.
During this session, you will learn:
The importance of being aware of your mood, its impact on the people you interact with, and how to remain positive and intentional
How the Insights® color energies show up in leadership, and how stress impacts your leadership effectiveness
How your preferences manifest in your leadership – good day and bad day
The most common challenges fellow leaders participating in the session are experiencing, and the co-created solutions to address them
The concrete steps you can take now to face obstacles and continue your strong contribution as you navigate change.
Each participant will receive a Virtual Learner Kit that contains resources to embed learning beyond just the session. The kit includes:
